Decision Integrity

Make the hiring decision explainable before, during, and after the shortlist.

VettifyIQ connects role alignment, evidence provenance, verification signals, human review, and the final decision record so teams can understand not only who advanced, but what the decision was based on and who remained accountable.

Buyer-first evaluationClear product. Clear evidence. Clear responsibility.

Built for serious conversations across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, hiring managers, Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and AI Governance.

The product thesis

Decision quality is more than candidate ranking.

A defensible hiring process needs a stable role brief, distinguishable evidence, visible uncertainty, verification without accusation, accountable human judgment, and a record that survives the handoff.

Five decision-integrity controls

Add discipline where hiring decisions usually lose context.

The current product keeps these controls inside the existing workflow rather than adding another layer of administrative navigation.

Role Brief Lock

Agree what matters before candidate review begins, then make later changes visible instead of letting hidden requirements drift into the process.

  • Must-have and strong-preference criteria
  • Can-be-learned and explicitly-not-required categories
  • Locked brief state with controlled changes
  • Reason, actor, and change history

Evidence Provenance

Separate where candidate evidence came from so a resume claim is not treated the same as something the team observed or independently corroborated.

  • Claimed: candidate-provided material
  • Observed: interview, exercise, or work sample
  • Corroborated: reference, credential, or independent confirmation
  • Visible provenance on each evidence item

Candidate Integrity

Record verification questions separately from candidate suitability. Integrity indicators support review; they do not become a hiring score.

  • Identity verification state
  • Profile and timeline consistency
  • Credential and interview-continuity status
  • Human resolution notes for anomalies

AI & Human Decision Governance

Make the decision boundary explicit for every role: what assistance is used, who reviews it, and who owns the employment decision.

  • Named final decision owner
  • Human review required
  • Automated rejection disabled in the current controlled workflow
  • Candidate notice, manual review, retention, and jurisdiction fields

Decision Integrity Record

Export the governance context behind a hiring decision instead of relying on disconnected notes or a final score with no history.

  • Locked role brief and change history
  • Evidence-provenance summary
  • Candidate-integrity review state
  • Human-governance configuration and decision history

Important boundaries

Verification signals are not employment decisions.

The product is intentionally designed to support human review without creating a fraud score, universal candidate score, or autonomous rejection engine.

Suitability stays separate

Candidate Integrity does not change the candidate's fit recommendation, rank, or disposition. Verification questions are resolved by people.

Humans own the decision

Authorized reviewers interpret evidence, resolve uncertainty, recommend next steps, and retain responsibility for employment decisions.

Compliance still requires diligence

The workflow can produce useful governance evidence, but it is not legal advice, regulatory certification, bias-audit assurance, or a substitute for buyer-specific review.

The public product story reflects the current controlled-pilot experience. Customer data, notices, retention, legal basis, accessibility, fairness testing, deployment, and jurisdiction-specific obligations are confirmed before broader use.
